TALULAH will debut TALULAH SWIM on the runway, styled alongside their ready to wear Spring collection at this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.

In their third consecutive individual showing at Fashion Week, TALULAH will showcase Chasing Rainbows, a collection inspired by the colour and textures reminiscent of a Spring garden.

The styles are structured and modern with hints of soft tailoring and striking panels creating sophisticated bold silhouettes. The print focus is an illusion of mirrored flowers, blossoms and floral mosaics in a spectral palette of an electric mix of blue tones, pop oranges and soft pinks.

Of the move into the swim category, TALULAH’s designer Kelli Wharton says, “Swimwear is a natural progression for the TALULAH brand as our collections always have a focus on strong modern prints and these translate well into swimwear. TALULAH SWIM offers the same approach to design: Unique prints, contemporary styling and innovative pieces, all with a detailed quality finish.

TALULAH SWIM is for the girl who wants her fashion reflected at the beach, with the pieces all designed to be worn separately and encourage styling and clashing of the vibrant colours and prints of the season.”

Fashion Week culminates in a busy time for the brand, who earlier this year released a diffusion line, ISLA by TALULAH as an exclusive offering for David Jones stores and David Jones online. TALULAH is now also being sold throughout the United States and Middle East with large retailers such as Niemen Marcus and ShopBop.

Partnering with TALULAH will be Hair Director Joey Scandizzo for ghd, Liz Kelsh creating the beauty look for Max Factor, Sally Hansen nail expert and brand ambassador Alison Bowhill-Hayes for the nail design, with all jewellery being supplied by ASOS.
