TMZ says his neighbors have filed formal complaints with the Los Angeles Housing Department due to the alleged trash, noise and traffic he's generating.It seems the actor is suspected of running a production company out of his Silver Lake property. The film crews and production vehicles are reportedly causing all sorts of problems in the residential area, from nabbing all the parking spots to blocking driveways.Franco also allegedly produces "huge amounts" of garbage that are left "everywhere."
