Game of Thrones Christie Coster-Waldau Episodic Split - H 2013Gwendoline Christie and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

Do not ask them about the bear.

In typical Game of Thrones cast member fashion, Gwendoline Christie and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau are tight-lipped about the events of season three -- and its four-legged guest star -- but they're quick to brag about the unique dynamic they share on screen and in real life.

"I do think there is a little inkling of that in the last episode of season two when she suddenly shows her skills as a solider -- and that she has a moral compass," says Coster-Waldau, who recently met with a handful or reporters, of Jaime and Brienne. "I think he deep down recognizes, and I don't think he realizes it, that there's something about her that he uniquely identifies with."

Do not expect that identification to manifest into a friendship anytime soon. Things are still tense between the imprisoned Lannister and his unlikely steward, though Brienne's indignation over Jaime's unrelenting snark continues to offer comic relief.

"He irritates her," says Christie, "but I don't think he drives her mad."

Like the other storylines in the third season, the show picks up with Jaime and Brienne in the same scenario viewers saw them last -- muddy and trying to get some distance from Robb Stark's (Richard Madden) camp.

"When we meet them in episode two, they're still on their way back to King's Landing," adds Coster-Waldau, "Jaime is not very happy with this situation. He's trying to get rid of her, and he does so in his own charming way. I would say their relationship does evolve... It takes a lot of twists and turns."

As far as personal evolution, the actor does think that Jaime appears to be softening a bit. He says that he's not proud of pushing Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) out of that window but he "isn't sentimental" about it.

Speaking of the Starks, Brienne is still very much connected to Catelyn (Michelle Fairley) though the two won't likely be reunited on screen anytime soon.

"Brienne has always been quite a solitary figure," says Christie. "Away from her, she's remaining faithful by carrying on her mission as best she can... that determination she shows to exercise over the slippery Jaime Lannister, who she could kill be cause he's shackled and antagonizing her. She's carrying on the respect she has for that woman."

Game of Thrones airs Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.

Taye Diggs The Normal Heart Opening - P 2011

ABC is adding a few more digital properties following its popular Halloween short inspired by Modern Family, Fizbo: The Clown.

In an effort to expand its offerings online, the network will debut pop culture- and show-related videos under its ABC.comedy umbrella. The first are Taye Diggs Destroys Hip Hop, featuring the former Private Practice star, and Bruno Tonioli's Writer's Room, with the Dancing With the Stars judge, both available for viewing Monday.

Taye Diggs Destroys Hip Hop finds Diggs -- also a Broadway star -- post-Private Practice, and teaming with YouTube's Destorm, as he ventures into the world of hip-hop.

How does Diggs deal with not having a steady TV gig? As he says in the five-minute video, he likes to keep "moving, moving, moving." He's done theater, TV and film, so what's next? Hip-hop. But when Diggs is tasked to get behind the mic and actually throw down some beats, his inability to de-Broadway himself proves a lot harder than originally imagined.

In Bruno Tonioli's Writer's Room, Tonioli -- known for his bombastic and crazy one-liners -- finds himself delivering the most over-the-top lines that a fictionalized pressure-filled room of writers think up.

Here's how Tonioli's head writer, the wonderfully named Geryld Babbage, puts it in the digital short: "It's like writing poetry, but instead of using a pen, you use a bedazzled stick of dynamite." The two-and-a-half-minute short also is filled with intercuts between Tonioli's unforgettable remarks, frazzled audience members and nervous laughter from Dancing With the Stars competitors.

Fizbo: The Clown is a horror-inspired trailer that takes a more macabre approach to Modern Family's beloved clown character Fizbo, played by Cameron (Eric Stonestreet).

The ABC comedy series began in fall 2011 with video recaps for the network's Wednesday comedies and grew the following year to include comedic rundowns of the network's dramas.

“Humor is a hallmark of the ABC network so it makes sense that we infuse our digital video content with as much comedy as possible,” said Chris Thomes, vp of Disney/ABC Television Group’s digital media studio, in a statement. “With these new web shorts almost anything goes as long as we’re true to the brand.”

The final season of Private Practice is available on DVD on May 7. Dancing With the Stars airs at 8 p.m. Mondays and 9 p.m. Tuesdays. Modern Family airs at 9 p.m. Wednesdays.

Former “American Idol” contender Kellie Pickler and pro Derek Hough stormed their way to the top of the leaderboard on Monday night’s show.

After two weeks in the shadow of Zendaya and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, the twosome made their move with a hot jive to “Footloose.”

“There’s nothing loose about that performance,” judge Bruno Tonioli, who had a bit of a wild night in the ballroom during his commentary portion, raved. “Crisp! Tight! Precise! Actually, you’re sharper than a samurai sword.”

Carrie Ann Inaba was also floored by the pair’s energetic routine.

“That was ridiculously amazing,” she said.

Kellie and Derek’s score – 25 out of 30 (including a 9 from Brit Len Goodman) — knocked Zendaya and Val, the previous pair at the top of the leaderboard, from the No. 1 slot.

But the Disney teen and her partner didn’t fall far. Performing the Viennese waltz for Zendaya’s grandmother, the actress and Val picked up 24 points.

“The emotional connection to every single move is beyond your years,” Carrie Ann said. “You are just fascinating to watch.”
